Rev. Mike Smart – Lead Pastor mike@trailview.org

Mike is our team leader here at Trailview. He came in 2006 and served as our associate pastor until taking the lead role in 2011. Mike has been a pastor in the C&MA since 1995, serving at various churches in the Canadian Midwest District.

Rev. Rob Winslow - Associate Pastor pastarob@trailview.org

Rob is part of the preaching team, and gives oversight to worship arts, and technical ministries of Trailview. Rob is an alumni of North American Baptist College and Prairie Bible Institute. He has served in youth ministry in one form or another for over 20 years! He came to Trailview and the C&MA in the fall of 2009 in the capacity of Pastor of Youth & Young Adults , and moved into the Associate role in 2011.

Duane Reimer - Youth & Young Adults Pastor d-wayne@trailview.org

Duane began his role as Youth Pastor in September, 2011. He gives oversight to our Jr. and Sr. High programs as well as providing some leadership for our young adults. Duane attended Briercrest Bible College, and has completed his Bachelor of Social Work. He has been involved in youth ministries for several years, and has served as a youth sponsor at Trailview since 2009. Trailview is Duane's home church, and we are delighted to have him join the leadership team at Trailview.

Kim Baptist - Children's Pastor kim@trailview.org

Kim is our most recent team member, joining the pastoral team in December, 2011. She has previously served as a Children's Pastor in the Wesleyan and Nazarene denominations, and we are excited to have her partner with us.

Rev. Blair Froese - Pastor of Community Life & Mission blair@trailview.org

Blair has served as a pastor in various roles for over 20 years, and his primary area of ministry at Trailview is to find ways of involving those 55+ in ministry and mission.
